Just a reminder that there is an open indoor competition for U11's and U13's at the indoor facility at the Swansea track this coming Sunday. It would be a great opportunity for all those who have been doing the hard training in the cold and dark conditions to see how they are progressing and compete in the " warm and dry " at Swansea !
