The West Wales Indoor Champs took place in Swansea over two days last weekend ( 23rd/24th Jan). A total of 16 athletes travelled East and once again proved that it is not quantity but quality which results in medals. Not only did this troop of the Harriers SAS come away with a glut of medals but there were pb's galore. A great performance by everybody. It was nice to see the yellow and blue vests break up the overwhelming array of Swansea colours and spoil their party by nicking a haul of medals from under their noses !

Well done to Andrew Jenkins and all the other organisers at Swansea for yet again putting on a great day of athletics efficiently and without fuss.

In total Pembs Harriers won 16 Medals.....7 GOLD ; 2 SILVER ; 6 BRONZE
