Last weekend, a group of hardy athletes, parents, family and club officials made the trip up the foggy, very wet, M4 to Swansea for the West Wales Indoor Championships. As usual, it was a successful outing for many, with medals and pb's galore. Even though Swansea had the numbers our relatively small band of athletic warriors had quality in abundance.

Apart from the hiccup with getting the results out, it was, yet again, a relaxed, very well run event and thanks to Swansea for hosting in their cosy indoor facility (lots of envious eyes from Pembrokeshire and Carmarthen people).

 A total of 12 medals won....6 Gold ; 3 Silver ; 3 Bronze
