Well done to the Cross Country troops who did so well in Cardiff at the Champs last Saturday. I was in Cardiff on the day but looking out from the hotel window on race morning and seeing the awful conditions, I decided on the easier option of browsing the bookshops in the city centre rather than popping down to St Fagans to see our hardy athletes in action !  As Pete said in his report, the weather was truly terrible. ...you X Country people put us Track & Field softies to shame !
