Congratulations and well done to everybody who competed in Swansea last Sunday ( 15th Jan ). Wow...what a start to the Indoor season. After Vicky Lloyd's success last week in Sheffield, the Pembrokeshire SAS ( Special Athletics Squad ) didn't disappoint and carried on where they left off last season....winning medals, great performances and good team spirit.

Overall the medal count was .....18 Gold ; 10 Silver ; 7 Bronze.  there were also 7 Championship best performances recorded by our athletes and many pb's !!

Even those who didn't medal improved on their performances from last season.
