We meet in two location during the week one north of the county and one south of the county.

Seniors  6.15 pm for 6.30 pm start
AND
Haverfordwest All weather track (behind Sir Thomas Picton School) :-
Younger/Novice Athletes 6.00 - 7.00pm (see coaches for age groups)
Older Athletes 7.00 - 8.00pm (see coaches for age groups)

Wednesday night  Ladies night  Pembroke Leisure centre at
Pembroke comprehensive school.
Time :- 6.00 pm for 6.15 pm start

And

Competing / Invited Athletes  (Arranged by Coaches)
