LADIES NIGHT
Pembrokeshire Harriers Ladies Night, is an evening (Wednesday) set up for the sole purpose of allowing Ladies of all abilities to get together and run for the sheer enjoyment of it. It is NOT an competitive night, it is for fun, and fun only.
Many of the ladies that run on Wednesday evening, only run on that night, but many do move onto the other training nights and Sunday runs.
It must be noted (not being sexist) that MEN are NOT invited to this evening.
The group usually consists of around 8 to 16 ladies, with all ranges of running abilities.
When and Where - Wednesday evenings.
Pembroke Leisure Centre.
6:00 pm for 6:15 pm start.
