Cross country continues at The Gwent League on Sunday 8th December at Bath University. Several of our teams and individuals are well positioned in their leagues and full teams are needed to keep scoring the points.
The first race is for u11 boys at 11:30pm, but it is advisable to arrive at least an hour before your race to ensure parking and to walk the course. The big blue tent will be stationed alongside the course, between the entrance to the event area and the start/finish lines.

Entries must be declared in advance. Please contact Laurence with name, dob/age group. Entry fee is £1 for juniors, £4 for seniors, payable on the day.
The minibus will again be available and will leave:
Haverfordwest Bus Station .....................................7:30am
Penblewin car park ..............................................  7:45am
Whitland Co-op car park ......................................  7:50am
returning at around 5:45-6pm.
There are 8 seats still available, with priority going to runners, at a cost of £3.50 each.

All ages groups from veteran to under 11 (must be at least 9 years old on the day of competition).
All runners must wear a club vest. These can be obtained from your coach on Tuesday evenings and a limited few may be available on the day.
All runners must be fully paid up first claim members of the club.

Please let me know as soon as possible, but by Saturday 7th December, if you wish to run and if you would like to travel on the bus.

The Welsh Inter-Regional XC Championships - Entries for this is by selection to represent West Wales

The Welsh Masters XC Championships for eligible competitors aged 35+ - Entries in advance through the club, by giving your details and £3 to Laurence by Friday 6th December (at the Christmas meal will be fine).

The Primary School Challenge for Year 5 (9 years+) and Year 6 - Entries in advance through the club, by giving your details to Laurence by Tuesday 10th December (entry is free). Individual and team medals will be awarded.
