On the day

Arrive in plenty of time as parking is sometimes difficult or some distance away.

Entries are made through the club. DO NOT go to the registration desk at the event, this is for team managers only.

Present yourself to the team manager and pay your entry fee.

Runners should walk the course to familiarize themselves with the route and to check for hazards.

After warming up properly, go to the start line at least 10 minutes before your race is due to start, wearing a club vest (no race number needed). The Gwent League races always start on time, if not a minute or two early!

At the end of the race, runners are given a disk showing their finishing position. Give this directly to your team manager.
