An excellent season again, the U13 girls Jessica Bradley, Alicia Jones, Lucy Davis, Bethan Meopham, Tegan Harrison, Jadie Davies, Isabelle Davies and Anna Garvey won the Gwent age group and Welsh Championship Team Titles. Jess won Individual Silver Medals in both Welsh Champs and Welsh School Champs, she had a great run in the UK Counties event and has been selected to run for Wales in the British Schools International at Perth

Under 13 Boys Marinus Petersen won Silver Medal the Welsh Champs and along with Matthew Williams have been selected to run in the Mini Marathon which is part of the London Marathon Event. Both boys along with Elgan Roberts won team Gold for Dyfed in the Welsh School Champs and along with Sulien Luckman, Huw Cooke had an excellent seasons improving as it progressed  

Liam Bradley, Jack Rees, Ieuan Cooke, Laurie Haworth, Berwyn Warlow all had good seasons, with Liam,Laurie and Berwyn winning Team medals for Dyfed in the Welsh Schools Champs. Liam also had a good Gwent League series, then finished with a flourish , an excellent run in the UK Counties fixture.

Caitlin Thompson , Megan Withers, Rhian Homer and Lauren Bell won the Welsh Championship U17 Team Title (Megan and Caitlin individual silver and bronze) also the Welsh Schools Team Title with Dyfed. Megan and Lauren were selected to run for Wales at Edinburgh and  Caitlin in Perth
